2008 league evaluation

The Plain Local Baseball and Softball Board of Directors are interested in receiving input from the players and their families registered in the League.  Please take a moment and complete this evaluation form.  Try to keep in mind that PLBSA members, coaches, and board members are generously volunteering their time to the League.  We all have strengths and weaknesses as we are all human.  But there is always room for improvement and constructive, honest evaluations will aid in that.  These forms will be reviewed and suggestions will be given to the coaches and managers to help them prepare for next season, and the board wil encourage adjustments and improvements.

 

YOUR OPINION MATTERS.  If you have an issue, this is your chance to be heard.  If we do not know about the issue we have nothing to work with to solve the problems or create a better situation.
